Clinical trial club 2023
During the clinical trial club live webinar, "NCT03194542 trial: Luspatercept for the treatment of patients with anemic myelofibrosis," Jean-Jacques Kiladjian and Aaron Gerds discussed and compared the therapies available for the treatment of myelofibrosis. Kiladjian highlighted ongoing trials investigating momelotinib and pacritinib, and Gerds outlined the MANIFEST trial evaluating pelabresib. The speakers compared emerging agents currently in early-stage clinical trials.
